She is the Chairlady of the Board of Directors at Victoria Commercial Bank PLC and a trustee of the VCB PLC Charitable Trust.

Dr. Yogesh Pattni has a proven Executive Management record with over 35 years of experience in banking. He holds numerous qualifications including an Honorary Doctorate degree as well as a certification from the Harvard Business School in Financial Institutions for Private Enterprise Development. Dr. Yogesh currently serves as the Executive Director in the capacity of Chief Executive Officer.

Sylvano O. Kola is a founding member of the Bank. He is a visionary leader who strongly advocates that the only way towards growth is to be ‘Customer Focused.’ Kola is currently a member of the Board Nomination and Remuneration Committee (BNRC) at Victoria Commercial Bank PLC and serves as a Non-Executive Director.

Mihir Chalishazar is an accomplished and highly qualified Professional Chartered Accountant with over three decades of experience in the field of Finance and Accounting. He is actively involved as a member of Tax & Trade Committee of Kenya Association of Manufacturers. He chairs the Board Audit Committee (BAC) at Victoria Commercial Bank PLC.

With over 25 years as Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer at various banks in Kenya, RB Singh has had phenomenal expertise of over five decades in various aspects of banking. This includes Operations, Corporate Governance, Strategy, Business Development, Mergers and Acquisitions amongst others. He chairs the Board Credit Committee (BCC) at Victoria Commercial Bank PLC.

Fiona Mungai is an investment professional with over 13 years’ experience spanning through Private Equity, Venture Capital and Asset Management. She is a recipient of the London School of Economics Programme for African Leadership award and was featured in the Business Daily Top 40 Under 40 Women in 2021. She is currently a member of Board Nomination and Renumeration Committee (BNRC) at Victoria Commercial Bank PLC.

Hezron Kamau is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the Institute of Public Accountants of Kenya (ICPAK). He holds a Bsc. in International Business and an MBA in Corporate Management. He is responsible for the direction, coordination and evaluation of the Finance function, ensuring that the institution’s financial structure complies with the prudential guidelines set out by the Central Bank of Kenya and the International Financial Reporting Standard.

Kamau provides overall leadership in the direction, coordination, and evaluation of Finance and Treasury department roles at Victoria Commercial Bank PLC.

A Senior Executive responsible for overseeing the business operations & strategy of the organization. Poonam provides overall leadership in the Business Development of Growing the Asset Portfolio and Trade Finance department, including supervising and managing the Environmental, Social & Governance initiative at Victoria Commercial Bank PLC.

With over 20 years banking experience, she joined Victoria Commercial Bank PLC in 2014 as a Senior Relationship Manager – Corporate to oversee the growth of the Bank’s Corporate portfolio.
